At Pure Cooking, we enjoy sharing our passion for healthy eating with the community, inspiring, energising and motivating others with fabulous and simple ways to create delicious food.

We offer private cooking classes and intimate catering events in Sydney. All our treats and raw foods are refined sugar, gluten and dairy free and are made with certified organic ingredients and lot's of love.

Our recipes aim to encourage you and your children to learn more about the meaning of true nourishment, the power of healing foods and the joy of preparing food with your hands along with the social values it brings.

Why Raw Food? 

Eating raw food is good for our digestion and overall health and wellbeing. Many studies have proven how raw food can support recovery of illnesses such as diabetes and cancer. Raw food means un-cooked food (below 42 degrees to retain all the natural goods) that is high in nutrition and is easy for the body to digest to absorb all the energy available. Our raw food approach is anti-candida and anti-parasites with proper food preparing and combining, without any ingredients including sugar, meat, soy, dairy and gluten. It boosts energy levels and makes your digestion work like it’s meant to be resulting in better mood and overall health.

That means organic locally grown seasonal food with a great amount of taste and colour. Real food, not from a packet or a tin, but beautiful produce grown in a veggie patch in a healthy sustainable matter. Creating a respect for food, the environment and our health is essential for wholesome sustainable living.

They need nutritious, fresh healthy foods grown in an environment as free from chemicals as possible. We choose the food and recipes carefully to help children to focus better, sleep better and lift their moods.

You can learn simple ways and fabulous recipes to encourage and motivate your children to love the food on their plate. The ingredients we use in our recipes are organic with a high percentage of local grown produce.
